- We, at Intellihub, greatly value our students. It is our firm belief that to have a conducive learning environment, the overall process and effectiveness of complaint procedures is properly taken of. In order to promote transparency, fairness, and accountability in the handling of student complaints, the student complaint system is an essential element of our training institution.
To address these issues, we have set up a system of complaints that provides the opportunity for students to raise their concerns and request assistance or guidance directly from staff members. It provides a platform for students to submit their complaints about academic, personal, or administrative issues that have an impact on the learning environment.
Some of the steps that we undertake to ensure that students’ voices are heard, and their concerns are taken care of promptly and fairly are:
1.We have introduced a portal on our website for complaints, that allows students to share their problems easily.- 2.We provide proper training of our staff on how to obtain student feedback and to resolve these complaints. It is also essential for us that our staff are trained to be able to resolve disputes professionally and impartially.
- 3.We ensure that the system helps students with a safe and inclusive educational environment by actively seeking feedback and making necessary improvements.
- 4.Lastly, to ensure that students’ needs are met while dealing with any new issues which arise, we ensure that our grievance system is regularly evaluated and monitored. We try to achieve this through feedback mechanisms, regular data collection on complaints and benchmarking of best practice.
